Yamille focuses her practice on civil litigation, including personal injury protection (PIP) defense, first-party property claims, and general insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, she represented clients in a wide range of matters and has experience managing high-volume caseloads and has taken numerous cases from inception through trial.
With over a decade of legal experience, Yamille has held positions as an attorney, legal assistant, and judicial assistant. Her background includes significant litigation in both state and federal courts, representing clients in labor and employment disputes, business matters, and insurance-related claims. She has conducted over 200 depositions, appeared regularly for hearings and conferences, and has a strong foundation in motion practice and discovery.
Yamille earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was a Senior Articles Editor of the Law Review and a recipient of multiple CALI Awards. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University, along with a Paralegal Certificate and a Certificate in National Security Studies.
Yamille was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys community involvement, having volunteered for the Guardian ad Litem Program and co-chaired local charitable events.
