Dennis Frantzman

As a practicing attorney with more than 17 years of litigation experience, Mr. Frantzman has a wide background in a variety of insurance defense fields. Currently, he primarily focuses his practice on defending insurance carriers in first party property litigation. He has more than 10 years’ experience in defending carriers in all matters involving first party property, including wind, hail, water, plumbing and arson matters. In addition, he has represented attorneys and other professionals in third party matters in a number of different fields. Mr. Frantzman to anticipate and help resolve all forms of dispute to a carriers’ expectation and approval.

Mr. Frantzman obtained a B.A. in History from the University of Florida in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2006. He is currently licensed to practice in the state of Florida and the United States Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2011, 2017 and 2019.
