Thomas Arnst

Tom Arnst focuses his practice on insurance coverage disputes throughout the state of Florida, as well as Third Party Insurance Defense Litigation. He spent the outset of his career handling these types of matters, and also has multiple years of experience handling complex and commercial litigation. He has experience representing governmental entities, businesses, and individuals as both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has been recognized by his peers and awarded Best Lawyers: One to Watch. Tom brings a variety of experience to the firm, enabling him to aid clients in unique and novel situations.

Tom graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Tom worked as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Dorian Damoorgian at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. He also worked as a summer associate at Brinkley & Morgan, where he handled a variety of litigation on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
