Titania N Haynes

Titania N. Haynes focuses her practice in the first-party property insurance defense litigation, including but not limited to insurance coverage disputes, pre- and post- appraisal matters, and declaratory coverage actions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Haynes served as an insurance defense attorney at a regional law firm. While there, she independently and aggressively defended a full caseload of first-party property insurance coverage disputes throughout the state of Florida, where many of the claims involved windstorms, mold, and water losses. She also served as in-house counsel for one Florida property insurance company for three years.

Ms. Haynes graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While at Nova, Ms. Haynes volunteered over 70 hours of her time serving the residents of Broward County through the Legal Aid’s Pro Bono Honor Program and was also a Public Interest Summer Law Fellow. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University as a Florida Bright Futures Merit Scholar and a BRACE Golden Opportunity Scholar.
