Theresa L. Donovan

Tara Donovan’s practice is focused on third-party insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes. During her career, she has represented commercial insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, and commercial litigation. Tara has experience with all aspects of civil trial matters and has participated in jury trials where she actively participated in several jury trials obtaining defense verdicts for her clients. She is also admitted to practice in Texas, where she handled complex commercial litigation matters.

Tara is an active member of the Florida Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association. She has served as a pro bono attorney for the local Military and Veteran Affairs Committee, as well as an Attorney Ad Litem for dependency cases representing foster children. Tara is from Tampa, Florida. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
