Ché Padrón has extensive experience as a litigator and trial attorney, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, first party automobile coverage, workers’ compensation, and white-collar criminal law. Ché Padrón has been practicing in the State of Florida for over 20 years and represents businesses and individuals. Ché Padrón was an Assistant State Attorney for over 11 years and has extensive jury trial experience in state court, including over 60 jury trials as a prosecutor taken to verdict.
