Gabriela Rodriguez specializes in insurance defense litigation for first party property. Ms. Rodriguez began her legal career working at one of the largest first party property insurance defense firms in the country where she represented various insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida. Ms. Rodriguez not only has insurance coverage litigation experience, but she also has handled various insurance disputes resolved through alternative dispute resolutions, including mediations and arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Rodriguez is a Miami native, and member of the Florida Bar. Ms. Rodriguez obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism at the University of Florida, and her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law (“FIU Law”). Ms. Rodriguez expressed an early interest in litigation as a member of FIU Law’s Moot Court (Appellate Advocates) team, where she was able to develop her brief-writing and oral-advocacy skills through competition.
