Bryan Ashlock focuses his practice in the representation of individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation, including but not limited to insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, extra contractual liability (bad faith), premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ashlock practiced extensively in the area of first-party property insurance defense relating to coverage disputes throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Ashlock is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, the Ohio State University College of Education and Human Ecology, and the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he served as Writing and Research Editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review.
Mr. Ashlock is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Ashlock is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
