Steven N. Ainbinder
Steven N. Ainbinder has more than 31 years of civil litigation experience. His career encompasses representing insurance companies in all types of litigation, including personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability and wrongful death. Also, Mr. Ainbinder has wide-ranging experience in litigating insurance coverage claims including first party insurance, homeowners’ insurance, personal injury protection, bad faith and declaratory judgments.
Mr. Ainbinder’s extensive litigation experience includes in excess of forty cases tried to verdict. Mr. Ainbinder has lectured for numerous continuing legal education seminars, covering topics such as trial advocacy, cross examination of expert witnesses, trial strategies, ethics, complex insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, collateral sources, first party insurance litigation and the presentation of evidence at trial. Mr. Ainbinder is a former arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he served as the lead arbitrator in 25 cases through final decision.
